Mafalda Santos nasceu em Lisboa em 1982. Filha de mãe professora e pai jornalista, teve desde a infância uma ligação profunda com a palavra escrita, nas suas mais diferentes formas literárias. Com 12 anos, foi pela primeira vez ao teatro, e apaixonou-se. Fez o curso de Interpretação da Escola Profissional de Teatro de Cascais e, posteriormente, licenciou-se em Teatro/Encenação, pela Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema.

Hoje, a sua atividade profissional estende-se por diversas áreas: guionista de teatro e televisão, atriz, encenadora e professora de Interpretação.

Mafalda Santos was born in Lisbon in 1982. The daughter of a teacher mother and a journalist father, she had a deep connection with the written word, in all its different literary forms, since childhood. At the age of 12, she went to the theatre for the first time and fell in love. She studied acting at the Professional Theatre School of Cascais and later graduated inTheatre/Staging from the School of Theatre and Cinema. Today, her professional activity spans several areas: theatre and television scriptwriter, actress, director and acting teacher.
